If someone views your profile while they are not signed into CS, they won't show up on your "viewed list".

Yes, but in order to post a letter to your mailbox, they MUST be logged in.

OR..... they can switched their viewing settings off prior to viewing profiles. This is when logged in and able to send mail.

Yes, but it cleans out your "WVM" list and makes it so you can't see who has viewed you again until it's turned back on. Scammers, of course, wouldn't care about that.
