What do people think of the term to be alive? (38)
ihithardsunnycoast, Queensland Australia2 Threads 58 Postsi was thinking about things in general, and where i think my life was heading and what i wanted from it and thought about what it means to just be alive, we are all born with a concsience and to me that seems the greatest gift of all, we can think, we can remember. but then i think about the way in which society has shaped us, in a sense we live by standards and regulations and even our thinking has been determined buy a set of rules that have been instilled into us. so what does it mean to be alive?

there is rules in anywere,but the important u know were u will stand,u know what the best things for u,u dont care about society,they have own aims,and u have your own too,do the best thing for u,focus in your dream and future thats all..

so to just be a minority as such? what do you think it means to be alive though? or is that practically it? lol i prob didnt word my question that well, the whole thing just blow's my mind, sometimes i just forget that i am actually alive, i go to work i get home i have dinner i go to bed and then back to work it all seems pretty dull.

we have to take the rough with the smooth I have found - so much of what we experience is a learning curve and at times the dullness seems like it will never change but it does
Is down to you to take a pro active attitude though - be the changes you wish to see as the man said

Nice reflection... to be alive however depends on the person or being living the life. people have different situations and different callings and even lives in different parts of the world... It is not enough that you know where you from, where you at, or where you are heading to... it is also important that some of those around you are enlivened... presence and movement are not enough to say we are alive. It has to be more than that.

to be alive means to get the most out of ur life fulfill ur dreams dont hold back from seeing and doing what u wish to do, life is short my daughter who died at 19 had dreams she never got to fulfil so be aware life can be short so live evryday and enjoy it dont let the presures of this world get u down take hold of life and go for it.------ This thread is Archived ------
