...even if that requires the employer to work lots of overtime in order to make ends meet and still provide for the aforementioned standard of living for employee.....

naw... no decision... but you've missed a significant amount of stuff since you deserted your friend.... basically she couldnt handle the heat.... so she got out of the kitchen.... make sure you put your mittens on if you are gonna try to get back in....
