It's a loaded question. High maintenance can mean so many different things; emotional dependence, too needy, expensive taste (Only Gucci hand bags will do) Expecting the man to define them as a woman. Moody, etc. Paws

Let me ask this then....
If I meet a man, and he lives in a quality of home that is "lesser" than mine, and he calls me "high maintenance"... is it that he's just jealous?

I've asked a very simular question & come to this conclusion...
When a man who uses the term "high maintance" needs to think about how to create the right mood, suprise a woman, buy a gift, accomplish a task, hide a mistake...(*deep breath...) basicaly, whenever being around a woman requires a few extra moments of thought or effort... she's high maintance.
...guess that means, if he's interested~ we're high maintance.
