anything goes...

well almost anything.....

So i get a call last night about a car for sale , i phone back today , go and check the car out , not too bad.. i'll make a lowball offer as they just want it gone.

get home , grab mail from letterbox.. rego papers.. great! so i open it.. 12 months $648 , funny this i think.. the rego for the other car i got last month was $592 , and they are both 4 cylinders.. so much for thankyou mr rudd , for our $900 ( which i may add i never got ) , so now to recoupe the money ( which was borrowed from another country ) rego and electricity ges up... so another 16% ontop of what we already pay to keep the lights on.. great!

Cant wait for my 6 cylinder rego , due next month , and the bike the month after that to come in... then the trailer... think thats around the $2500 mark , just in rego...

hmm.. fridge needs stocking up.. home brand here i come me thinks

Well I am on break from Uni. I have to go back for my Human Bio exam though on the 16th. So today I thought I'd catch up on a bit of gardening. So on goes the gardening gear. I'm pulling weeds away like a mad woman about half an hour into it, I couldn't feel my hands, my knuckles were white I was that bloody cold.

Stuff the gardening it can wait.drinking

I received a call this morning at breakfast time from one of the large real estate firms down here that I do a lot of gardening and maintenance work for, they had a property that has been rented out for some time and its on the market, the tenants havent cut the lawns, done the gardening, etc for a long time could I tidy it up for the weekends inspections. Told them thats fine could do it later this morning , got to the house with the street number they gave me, and Im thinking well its not as bad as I first got told, just as well it isnt next door.

We are 2 hours into the job I get a phone call from a very anxious real estate agent sorry I hope you havent started the job Its the wrong housefrustrated . Yes its the house from hell next door, I am 6'3 tall and the Kikuyu reached my shoulders so I have now got to go back tomorrow and redo another house
