I used to fantasize about Mr. Right for me... but no wait I got him... Well I still day dream at night. But I found that counting and breating deeply, does help, and if it does not my physician said one benedryl capsule.

If im having a problem getting to sleep I imagine im playing snooker and im positioning myself perfectly every shot after potting every ball. It takes mind away from anything else and im asleep in no time usually.

Doing an hour of yoga knocks me out every time...its slow so its relaxing on the mind but its quite intensive for the body so it tires you out. And stretching all the muscles seems to help. Some people do it on waking but I cant manage it because it relaxes me too much...I would suggest giving it a go...

If I can't sleep I read my text books-Survey of Anatomy and Physiology is a god send and I don't think I will ever need a sleeping pill again..just thinking about it
