Do we really want perfection in a partner

Is there a perfect mate for everyone? After talking to a lot of people
about dating , I don't think everyone who is dating is looking for the
perfect person any more.One of the reasons there are divorces is
people thought they wanted a person who was perfect. As it really
was, I just wanted a person who just had things in common with me.
The people who think they are perfect are living a world by their self.
You will find that most people who think they are perfect do not have
any true friends.They just think they do.
After having a lot of lady friends in todays world ,I have a found that
almost all my married friends do not have a perfect mate that they
want us to think they do.The longer men and women live together
they must be able to change things in their life in order to make their
mates want to be with them even if they are not perfect.The only
people who think their perfect husband or wife is happy is living in a
fantasy world.The people I know who is like that,they are both going
out on each other.
Before I got married I decided to make a list about the women I was
looking for.Looking for that perfect women for me was a real waste of
time in making a list.Amost every women I would meet liked some
of the things I liked.About this time I stared wondering if my life style
needed to changed.I started watching what the women did that I was
trying to date.I soon found that these women were not really that bad.
If one mate wants everything perfect around the house and the other
mate just wants to be happy,They need to break up now.They are just
wasting their time.They will never be be on the same page as long as
one mate wants everything their way.There is no way that they can tell
each other how they feel because of going in different directions.The
wife and I will never agree on everything ,This had been going on 28
years now.We both have to go out of our way to be happy.We try to
talk about every thing we do.She still does things I don't like and I am
still doing things that she does not like.
You must stop looking for the perfect male or female because they are
not out there.A lot of people have looked all their life for that perfect
person.These people who think they need everything done a certain
way may have that thought the rest of their life.
