Hey Damo, sorry, can't be bothered going right back through the thread but i feel your dilema stems from people in general not liking the truth. They all say they want it but when you give it to them, it is a completely different scenario.
I am pretty blunt most of the time and I don't tend to sugarcoat things, it puts people on the backfoot straight away with me. Until people get to know me, and not many people hang around to find out, I have a bad reputation for saying what is on my mind and what I mean so it scares them off.
