Mulberry4000: what if never told you the true results after they told you there fear. how would you react?
I would imagine if they haven't told your friend the results, there is a reason.
I have gone through cancer with my husband and found that the initial shock makes people re-evaluate their lives and decide where their priorities lie.
Cancer and treatment can make or break a relationship. Your friends lover probably realised that the security and support of her marriage was more important, than the relationship with your friend. So, if he loves her, he should respect her decision and allow her to come to terms with things in her own way.

hi sorry you miss understand my friend is not in relatonship with her, just friends thats all.
I had an x gf tell me before, when I broke up with her.. that she had cancer, and a year to live, but it was a lie. Pretty sik really. I was in bits...
I don't know what I would do in that situation, I supose if she does have cancer... to do whatever would make her happy
Probably best for all concerned is to do what needs to be done for the person that has cancer. To ensure that all needs are met, all wants are met, and enrich that persons life as much as possible.
