CS began in St. Paul 2001, forums in 2005. Gosh, I wonder what that was like. Who would remember? It has been so busy on here since I came on in April 2009 with people coming and going. Who is our oldest member still here? How many found love?

2006 for me, but Ive had long long breaks in between.

I do still miss some of the members way back then, and somehow the forum banter was generally more interesting and intelligent. Of course there were arguments, that goes without saying with such a diverse number of people scrabbling about on forums.

Most people yearn for the "old days" though don´t they. laugh

Men love the chase anyway. I'm very happy for you. Georgia is great.

I went back and looked at a few old ones for fun and saw mostly empty places and a few pictures. Like looking at a ghost town kinda.

2006 for me too with breaks. I used to think it was better but I doubt it or I wouldn't have kept leaving. There seems to be more of the younger crowd now in Ireland at least and they are more used to social networking sites and it has changed things a bit. Also, many non singles are using it nowadays which never used to happen. I too miss some of the oldtimers.sigh

From what I've seen, most of the state forums never amounted to much. Most of the people here in the states come here to the international forum. Maybe if they had one for the whole US it would get more use.bouquet

I guess before forums in 2005 people just wrote to each other?
