I do that every day. It is how I operate. I AM an encourager.
It is also a major part of my personality type...or so I found out when I read about Meyers-Briggs personality type indicators. (it also says I am very creative, sensitive and flighty and need someone to ground me but so far, I have not found anyone willing to do the job)
That falls hand in hand with my primary work as a Healer/Life Coach.
