Well I am thinking of going to see several of the beautiful restored southern plantation homes along the Mississippi River; possibly take a swamp tour and enjoy the wildlife; play golf at the PGA course south of New Orleans, go down to the river and see some ships/boats go through the locks; go over and take the factory tour on Avery Island where Tabasco is made, drive into New Orleans and eat beignets at Cafe DuMonde, visit Jackson Square, and do the french quarter.
First I need to shower and get dressed and get going!
