Thanks guys,,, I will start by cutting down, and then see how I fare... tomorrow will be a good day to start....
I am trying to imagine how much money I could save too... and have the extra energy .... although, I must admit, the smoking has never affected my ability to do the stamina dance classes.

a show just came on Nick Jr called the Upside Down show I have NEVER seen it
of course my tv is not normally on this late but the kid was allowed to stay up late
