Well Cyprus is a wonderful place to visit. Very low crime rate and the weather is lovely. However, unless you speak Greek, have an uncle or a brother-in-law, or a neighbour's cousin once removed in your family, you will struggle to get a decent job. Nepotism is king here and it is who you know rather than what you know when it comes to employment. Cost of living is high compared to income but I still prefer living here than in the UK.
I think work wise, it would largely depend on what are your qualifications and experience, or are you looking at a career change. This would probably play a major influence in where you decided to go. There are internet sites you can explore for job vacancies.
I have never been in Sicily, but I know the weather is very mild there. So unless you want to experience cold temperatures, then climate of the new proposed country is also important in your final choice.

i would to try to write here because i have plan to go to work outside of italy ! (of course i'm italian and love travel and wish try this experience in europe )
so if you read this and are from europe ( spagna, francia, Uk ,olanda ..ecc..) i'm very glad if you could give to me some advices about some nice place-city-state for stay .. i mean like weather ,quality of life ,food ( i love healthy food),criminal situation LOL , or maybe also some advice about job, kind of jobs ,maybe a vacant position lol , i don't know everythings you wish to say to me ..i will listen

My suggestion would be Malta.
Mild weather, low crime rate, opportunities for foreigners especially in the hotel timeshare industry, moderate wages, yes high standard of living, good entertainment venues, and for you, the men are very Italian like....woman chasers and latin lovers!
Food is not as good as in Italy, with the exception of very few restaurants. Friendly people, and although English is the second spoken language, many have some knowledge of Italian, mainly from the Italian TV which is beamed on Malta.
Maybe you could make money here teaching the locals the Liscio and the Mazurca!!
