When should you report someone on CS and how? (7)
I never use the web cam on here, for that very reason. You did the right thing in blocking him. Just a shame you can't give his name, then we can all block him!

that happened me months ago,i was so in shock i deleted him and blocked him straight away without lookin at name...

I blocked but hadn't deleted so have just reported him.

Should I have blocked him as soon as web cam was turned on?

I didn't even know that webcams were enabled on CS. I'm a fairly new member here, but I have had this happen to me on other sites. Whether you should report it I guess depends on how CS would view it. On the sites I was on I doubt much would have been done about a complaint I made but here it might be different.
Generally, though, you have to click a webcam link to agree that you wish to see it - that's been my experience on other sites. It may be different here.
