Exactly one month, from the first email instant connection with him, daily emails sometimes 3 to 5 a day, a bit of chatting but whenever I told him to call me he said he tried 3 times but that was it, he never tried nothing else, but the funny thing is he wrote me all the time he completely fell in love with me so I don't understand, other guys in one chat they want to call

Maybe, he isn't able to call your country for whatever reason. He can't afford it or maybe his wife is monitoring his phone calls...who knows.......

Ok...maybe he has some technical difficulties calling you. Where is he calling from?
If he's calling from the US, does he know what digits to dial? I know that Honduras's code is 504. Maybe if you explain to him how to dial he would be able to.
Just find out firs, don't jump to conclussions.

He was calling from Mexico, he had all the instructions and both numbers my cell phone and my land phone, so I don't know

Not defending him but could be down to many, not everyone has internet connection in their homes, and in some countries they go to internet cafe's.
