Each of us finds the "perfect" partner for ourselves, and part of that is accepting flaws and perceived faults - I have plenty of them, but hey ho!
As regards fate and destiny, I not sure about that, but I certainly believe that the more you search, the less chance you have of finding what you are looking for.
