Ideas for couples costume partay... (23)
tgwstw: So right, theme, all the couples are going as a pair of something pretty much.
So far I can't think of anything.
I wanted to go as The Stig til I got the couples theme thrown at me.
Iano came up with a great one if I were a stone lighter and a foot taller.... He'd be Hugh Hefner and I'd be a bunny.
So unless someone donates to the Hess lipo/leg extension fund that's completely out.
Also, Hessatron is broke, so I'm on a budget. I never really do the fancy dress thing so I would love to think of something awesome!

Hi Hess......my ex and I once went to a fancy dress ball...we dressed up as Morticia and Gomez....great fun!!

Anthony and Cleopatra. He could get a roman outfit or just wear a bed sheet as a toga and if you could get hold of a cleo type wig and something slinky to wear. Carry a rubber snake around your neck. Or a real one if you are into that sort of thing.

Years ago my sister and her now husband (they were only friends then) went to a costume party. My Sister went as a priest and my now brother in law went as a nun. It was hilarious and both costumes are ridiculously simple.

The priest and nun thing seems like the most effective considering my budget but if I do win the lottery between now and then I will be nipped and tucked enough to squeeze into a playboy bunny outfit.
