change the age on your profile????????????? Everyone makes mistakes....some on prupose! 
Besides how do you know you were really born on that date.....you were only a baby at that time and couldn't read a calendar.
Maybe have another tell her you are blocked and to change her limit.

Delete your account.
Open a new account.
Change your date of birth to one year earlier.
EXPLAIN in your profile 'blah blah' stuff that you are in fact one year older than it says but you've had to do this to be able to email this woman.
Email her.
Tell her the truth.
She should be impressed by all the effort you've gone to.
In the unlikely circumstances you find she is not impressed - move on!

You can still send e-mails and flowers, but they will go into her filterbox.
Hopefully she checks her filterbox regularly, so will see your mail.
Don't be dissappointed if you hear nothing for a while as many people do not check the "filterbox" at all.
That's the best you can hope for....... Do not change your profile age as no-one likes a liar.
The only other sensible suggestion was to have someone else try to get her attention for you.
