You need to download Itunes and rip your CDs on to it first.

I charged it for the 4 hours it said but I think the on/off button was a little stuck. It aint stuck anymore 
(cost me a chipped nail!). Going to try charging it again for another few hours and hopefully it will at least switch on!erm did a lot of singing along to the cd's last night...don't ya just love the chorus! hehe.....drank some bavaria....mmmmmmm, nice beer and no hangover wooooooo hoooooooo!...

iTunes is not assured to format MP 3 players that are not iPods or iPhones so it may well not work here.
