Well maybe she doesn't have her phone set up for roaming. At this stage theres nothing you can do Ciaran shes an adult and Im sure you voiced your concerns before she went as did her other friends and family.

well it's north africa, not quite the same as say a southern europian country. if you go to her fb account you can look who her friend in tunisia is - it can take a while to go through depending on how many friends she has. then when you find him you can go to his page and see who his friends are - it might make you feel better about it if he looks alright....
