simple, you take either a hard corn tortilla shell, or soft corn or flour tortilla shell, fill with whatever you want, anything from shredded beef to grilled shrimp, toss in a bit of sauce, the spicier the better, some cheese, your choice, and perhaps a bit of lettuce and/or tomato and enjoy. someone even makes a chocolate version with strawberry ice cream.

When filling a taco, you dont have to put 'crap that isnt good for you'... lettuce and tomatoes and all sorts of vegetable or lean meat.. are all good for you!! and there are actually sauces too that are healthy!

well last post was to be about about someone saying maybe hes looking at other things like under the clothes. some guys dont think with there lower head.love is hard for everyone. just some a little harder. maybe this guy really likes you but hes scared.maybe he really wants to know you but hes scared to get to know u and you'll be gone.maybe hes scared of making the same mistakes he has in the past . or if he made any but yet he must or maybe hes just taking his time see if u really care for him like he does for u but he not showing it because hes tired of losing the ones he love so much maybe to much.but understand this he will open if not already.
