venere08: Bunny rabbits figure very highly in the Easter theme...can't recall exactly how...wish I could...I saw a painting of the Crucifixion in Dallas in '96, and at the bottom right hand corner was the tiny figure of a rabbit. I might contact my friend in Texas who took me there, and ask about it.
Easter has tended to symbolise new life...new hope...so it's the Spirit of Easter I refer to, as it should be throughout the year in any case...
I guess today it can be seen as another time to reflect...a bit like Secretary's Day, si????
Or for many...a time to party, to go away for the long weekend...

.......Speaking of Sanity ........ I just ate an Easter Cake ....... shaped like a real Lamb! Couldnt decide which end to begin with .. his bum or his head, so began with his bum, and ended with his ears..... Madeira cake ... delicious!
