markizamkd25: I work for Hemophilia society and bleeding disorders and our world day is on 17th of April but we will celebrate it on 9th.There is video from World Federation that will be distribute after 15th of April.I asked for that video to have it earlier and they sent it but they also said:
"please do not distribute electronically before April 15th." Does this mean that i cant show it or i cant make copies of it? There is the video from last year if anyone is interested

I would think it means do not distribute at all. Once you've sent it to someone, it can be forwarded to anyone else, and so on.
That would take away their "surprise" effect at the unveiling.
I don't see why you couldn't make copies though, unless you gave somebody one.

You can show the video and you can make copies, what you can't do is to distribute it by email or post it at a share host site, electronic distribution allows massive audience to access the information contained in the material and the owners want to keep it "confidential" until the official release date.
