It's only a lonely mans bad habit if you let it be........
Change the habits, make new/good ones, take that break, get out and about abit, make an effort to go and talk to some new people, or join a club or the gymm.
Either leave the site well alone for a period of time or be strict with yourself and limit your indulgence to say an hour a day...... It's probably best if you leave it well alone for a week or so, then get back to an hour a day.
Or maybe you will decide to leave altogether. !
You're a good guy Conjor.... I will be sorry to see you go, if you leave for good, but you need to do this for yourself, not us.
