How about you? Did anybody do something special for breakfast or brunch?(play along, I'm doing this to avoid doing the laundry)
another boring breckie(tho a must to keep me in good health)..hot water and lemon for starters..plate of scotts porridge oats..cup of green tea... ..what my ideal breakfast would be ..a big fat greasy fry up with dark crispy rolls..lashings of brown sauce..mug of strong nambarrie tea..a wee snooze after it then off to the pub for a cold pint of stella..oooooooh a girl can dream..
You could try a Chinese breakfast: Fried noodles with tofu and chilli, steamed sweet dumplings and either hot water or hot UHT milk My breakfast consists of porridge oats with milk, honey and banana and a strong instant coffee

I'm not letting myself have anything fried until I loose a few more pounds. I am allowing myself to walk to the store and have one doughnut provided the store is at least 20 miles away.
