yes i think it does..becos later on that person thats to old or to young will get bored in the relationship becos you wont have to much in common..JMHO

Depends what you both want, I think 6 to 8 year gap Maxium is right for me.

I'll only have them up to one year older than me. Any older than that and I keep falling over their zimmerframes

I will date no one even close to my oldest sons age. He is 44. Would just seem like trying to have an intelluctual conversation with one of his friends and then sleeping with him.
Not meaning, of course, that his friends are not interesting. They can beat me 10 times over in most things we chat about. But also some things I bring into the conversation they look at me like I am ancient.

For me personally I choose to stay within my own age group, My daughter is 26, to me it would feel like I was dating one of her friends.

I am 44 and my last relationship was with a girl in her mid 20's.. we connected and it was great for a while.. the reason it ended had little or nothing to do with the age difference.. I think that there is so little love left in this world that when you find REAL love you would be a fool not to go for it.. JMHO------ This thread is Archived ------
