thats it im farked rolling on the floor laughing i have probs with sleep infact insomnia springs to mind ive just spent 2 days and nights at work no sleepyawn ive done this since being seperated i put it down to being alone in the house i hate it moping

Do nana naps help? I seem to have lots of them? Normally around 6pm to 730pm

Talk about a guilt free conscious, I can have nana naps at any time,

I do 7 hours straight. And Im a nana napper too blushing

I love to have a LLD around 2pm for an hour... laugh

I work best on a solid nine. laugh

But it seems your stuffed with either too much or too little. No matter what you do its not good for you for what ever reason.

But since I never do anything constantly I guess I average out. grin

so I got all the above and most nights get lots of sleep .Of course it tends to be broken sleep .Especially when I had undiagnosed type 2 oh my god .Waking up covered in sweat and have a cold breeze hitting u threw the window .Scary stuff indeed.
