For me it would be ........ doing excercises using weights ... sit-ups to get my 19yr old tummy back before summer hits us ....!

I could have gone to the basement and try and pump some air into the wheels of my bike. But I suspect that I won’t. Not today, but some other beautiful day... I have to do it. While I wasn’t smoking, the last 4, 5 months, I’ve gained 4 kg... Looks like not-smoking isn’t that healthy after all.
Guess I have to make more use of my Exercise-Bike!

5 months ago I’ve managed to stop smoking using Champix. If you really want to quit the habit, then you can try it. I’ve read on the net that there can be serious side effects, so talk to your doctor about the matter. But for me it worked rather fine (if one wouldn’t count gained weight…)
