It isn't mine. Mine is yoghurt for breakfast, pasta for lunch and generally a salad for my evening meal.
No sugar, no wheat.

prices vary as well-you can buy "smart price","best value","bargain""buy one,get one free"..........etc.
i do buy a kilo of rice,maybe once a month and the price is a little more than one pound(sterling),but then that depends on the type of rice i buy,there are about 15 varietes........

That makes not much sense as things in Pakistan are different to those over in the UK. We grow our own wheat and we don't grow sugarcane.
