its easyish.... start a thread saying you are thinking of organising a UK get together, and whos interested.. you might find only people in your area want to attend, as not everyone wants to travel a long way, then mail everyone in say a 100 miles radius of where your planning to hold it, for this do a search, theres a lot of people who dont use or even look at the forums....
then plan where you are going to meet up...go visit the venue, and off you go..

when your first getting started it can seem overwhelming ..me and couple of friends pulled together a high school reunion is Vegas a couple of years ago...it took alot of work and time especially since we went to a boarding school in switzerland and everyone was all over the world but it was great fun!! woo hoo!!! I know pulling people together from here is different but still think it could be alot of fun - pick somewhere fun to go and recruit some helpers
