A no-pic profile is a def no-no to me.
I believe in inner beauty etc but also believe that there was to be attraction.
After that, nothing that would stand out straight away. It's hard to get a feel of the person's sense of humour and hear etc over a few lines on the profile

if they were short tempered, i wouldn be able for constant mood swings, short temper fuse, agitated behavior.. sending mails being all nice... then next minute calling you this and that

Rather than personality traits that are only found out with time like temper, the lack of an empathic inner soul to regulate emotional stability and warmth etc, I mean one line on their profile that you would zoom in on and only be prepared to meet if the one answer you wanted was there!
