A group of CS forum posters or messageboarders are coming over for dinner tonight and you're cooking.

In this group there is 1 vegetarian 1 with an allergy to nuts (before anyone says anything NO NOT THOSE SORT OF NUTS)and 1 person with a lactose tolerence issue.

What would you cook?

Or tell them to bring all of the ingredients, strip to just a crisp white apron and start cooking for them as if it is the most natural thing in the world to do.

I'd bring stir fried beef with peanut sauce. That would get rid of the vegetarian and the one who has a nut allergy.
THen I'd have Creme Brulee for dessert to get rid of the lactose intolerant person.

Now, how many are left. I need a plan of action here.

2's a party, several are a crowddevil

"Haggis is a dish containing sheep's 'pluck' (heart, liver and lungs), minced with onion, oatmeal, suet, spices, and salt, mixed with stock, and traditionally simmered in the animal's stomach for approximately three hours. Most modern commercial haggis is prepared in a casing rather than an actual stomach."

We do have a dish made of the sheep's heart, liver and lungs combined with some ground beef, olives, almonds, raisins, onion, salt, etc. etc. and it is good!

I must have Aztec blood because I like it!
grin
