lifeisadream: "Haggis is a dish containing sheep's 'pluck' (heart, liver and lungs), minced with onion, oatmeal, suet, spices, and salt, mixed with stock, and traditionally simmered in the animal's stomach for approximately three hours. Most modern commercial haggis is prepared in a casing rather than an actual stomach."

We do have a dish made of the sheep's heart, liver and lungs combined with some ground beef, olives, almonds, raisins, onion, salt, etc. etc. and it is good!

I must have Aztec blood because I like it!

I only eat what others waste and my daughter would say and I use the skin's animals.

There is a special dish "tostadas de pata" some baked torillas with some refried beans and some cow's feet cooked in a special way in cubes and some lettuce, avocado, cream, cheese on top they are delicious.

Most every thursday I go to a restaurant with friends and have them (the restaurant is just two doors away from my apartment).

You are the barbaric I am not laugh

In response to: A group of CS forum posters or messageboarders are coming over for dinner tonight and you're cooking.

In this group there is 1 vegetarian 1 with an allergy to nuts (before anyone says anything NO NOT THOSE SORT OF NUTS)and 1 person with a lactose tolerence issue.

What would you cook?
I can see there is going to be a lot of people dining alone...

laugh no not barbaric, some people just can't stomach the idea of Haggis.

The " tostadas de pata" sounds good, there is not much of a cow that I dislike.
