We do have a dish made of the sheep's heart, liver and lungs combined with some ground beef, olives, almonds, raisins, onion, salt, etc. etc. and it is good!

I only eat what others waste and my daughter would say and I use the skin's animals.
There is a special dish "tostadas de pata" some baked torillas with some refried beans and some cow's feet cooked in a special way in cubes and some lettuce, avocado, cream, cheese on top they are delicious.
Most every thursday I go to a restaurant with friends and have them (the restaurant is just two doors away from my apartment).

no not barbaric, some people just can't stomach the idea of Haggis. The " tostadas de pata" sounds good, there is not much of a cow that I dislike.
