Today was going through photo,s as far back to when i left school which was at the age of 14, and as i was going through the photo,s i noticed that what i wore color wise, is exactly the colors i ware today, blue shirts, blue jeans black shoes, if i were in trousers black, with blue shirt and black shoes, and these are the only colors i ware and if i had a coat or jacket on always gray, so it seems that i have just stuck to these colors through life, is it a habit, or is it because a person just thinks these colors only suit him, What about your dress sense , do you just have a couple of main colors or have you lots of colors in your wardrobe.?

I guess men don't have so much to choose from, when it comes to choosing colours for their outfits conversing but also, I think it comes down to what you feel comfortable wearing and if you feel it suits you, as you said.

You rarely see a guy wearing anything other than blue, black, grey or white, with maybe a little colour thrown in here and there. Nothing tooooo adventurous laugh

I like to wear a splash of colour now and then, reds and deep pinks seem to suit but if I wanna play it safe I like to wear blacks, whites and neutrals .. depends on my mood.

Good comment i think you are right, my mother always said you can dress a boy in anything, but you cant do that with girls and there were 5 boys and 2 girls, and when i think of it even my brothers dressed in the 3 colors blue, black and gray

Your Stuck on color Practical.

You don't have to change. There is no practical reason to change.

BUT

If you believe you should change things in your life. Make alterations to find a new life. Then you should splash out. Its a baby step. But proving to yourself that you can buy a bright red shirt or a Yellow shirt and wear it, Is just a little bit of proof for yourself that shows you can still change and accept change in your life.

My wardrobe is predominately blue and black i admit. But i do have red in there. Helps being a soccer supporter. My team wears red. But I do remember owning a bright Yellow shirt. And i always felt good wearing it. (I wished i'd never spilt T.Sauce on it. That sauce killed that shirt)Just putting the shirt on made me feel good.
My Ex bought me a Pink shirt once for b/day. i had nothing against pink. But the material made my skin itch. But I thought if she wants me to wear pink. I'll wear pink. I like yellow and i like green.

And don't knock the eighties. The eighties bought a lot of men out of the closet. And actually did a lot to spice up mens closets.
Actually if you wish to learn how to, and how not to dress (in Male terms). Its again back to tuning into the Pro golf circuit. laugh laugh

I can see where you are coming from, but if i were to say i see you in the colors you ware i would say the color pink suits your features , meaning your face. and maybe peoples eyes for colors can be so much different, i know sometimes you see people dressed in different colors and you say to yourself, hell i could not ware that, but then as i said we are all different in what we consider bright or dull .

See I don't see it like that Practical. I see colours as a reflection on how i feel. Not on how i look. If I want to be seen as positive i try to wear bright colors. If I want to be seen as serious or neutral i wear blue. If i want to be seen as cool I wear black. Green as casual and undecided. Brown hasn't got an emotion with it. And I usually end up in brown when I can't decide what color I want or if the washing has piled up.
laugh

The how I look, comes into the cut and style of the clothes not the colours.

very true...why don't you just try and buy say something red and start with that...you will be amazed how much a colour you don't normally wear will make a difference to how you look...you look fine but a bit of different colours and you will stand out a bit morehug
