There should've been a place where you could have downloaded the Yahoo Instant Messenger.....if not....look it up.....

Either would be nice. Now msn you have to add contacts it is all very easy just cck on the tabs at th top of the mesenger it becomes clear as to what you have to do yahoo is the same hing once you have contacts added then you have the ability for im. hope this helps
