areyoureadymonbulk, Victoria Australia5 Threads 34 PostsI am trying to get some singles together and its not so easey, so I thought we could have a "BRING A SINGLE" party at a venue in the city of melbourne, if you are intressed in meeting new friends and you have a single friend or two or three, then sign up here and have a stress free night of meeting others no strings attached unless you want !

What have you to loose ?I would be interested. Any night out's a good night. I even have some people I could drag along; I'm sure. It will just depend when it is since I'll be away for a few weeks. 
it would have to be in october when the footy is all done and dusted, I have 6 people who are comming already, lets see if we can get more than you and me this time.
I'm thinking myself and at least one friend of mine, Ralf, Blonde, Laughs out loud and I'm sure they'd have a few that can come. We try not to miss an opportunity to get together in the city.

Im not too sure, if I will get down there now... it depends on the finances. Car has just started to play up..

We will have to have at look at it all while I'm there. Maybe Red can smuggle you down in her suitcase. She'll be here. She doesn't know it yet but I'll let her now soon.
Ill be up for a singles meet if I am not working the night it is on

What about just picking the long weekend in October (Its after the Grand Final isn't it?) and if there is nothing else major like F1 or Tennis or Rugby or cricket or whatever then just ask the mods to set a date for the event and pick a place like Y&J's (last time rocked!) and then just let it build from there.
I would be over like a shot if it held half the promise of the last one that I was at. I would even bring PA!!
Once the event is up there it will just steam roll and gather momentum....
It is October after all....
That will teach me to check dates.. this is an old Thread.. and the event has probably passed already in Oct 10.
But OK then how is this for a suggestion
The long weekend in June 2011 (the same time as Adelaide last year) but make it in either Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney or Canberra or god Forbid! Perth .... and see what happens..
