I adored this show and always had a bowl of popcorn and a glass of Sprite to enjoy while watching.
I loved the intro and theme and loved seeing Morty the moose grace my screen each week.
Each character had their own charm. I've met the fellow who's played Maurice a few times at some charity rodeos for children and have his autograph in one of the rodeo programs. Maggie was feisty and I see a lot of myself in her. Ed- soo hot he made the winter nights pass all too quickly.
I'm a great admirer of intellect and the town DJ fulfilled it weekly. Marilyn's quiet wisdom spoke to me as well.

Glad you enjoyed it .... Actually, you HAVE missed a lot, but I won't tell you about Maggie and Joel...it will spoil the suprise You will have to go out and get the boxset! 
Amazon often have really good discounts on NX, but then Crystal29 told me that she had bought series 1 for about £3.99 in HMV!! That's an AMAZING price for an entire series!! You could also try e-bay or play.com or even Asda...they all do good discounts from time to time.

Jesse's death means an end to that dream. Refusing to accept the bear's demise, Holling sets off to the cave where Jesse lived. He returns cut and bruised, but finally at peace, having realized Jesse symbolized all fears and proud of himself for having faced them directly
