Writing in caps is commonly known as 'shouting' on an internet forum. It is considered impolite to consistently write in this manner for that reason as well, the letters are all the same size which makes them very hard to read which is why you never see blocks of caps in prose written by educated people. The idea is to be understood by the person reading your words, not make them wonder what it is you are saying.

It is bad for health, wealth, risks a leader's hold on power and, historically, you are going to lose or, at the very least, lose a great amount of power when you decimate your military in battle. It only has an upside if you win which statistically is less than half the time if you are lucky.

They make that money whether there is war or peace. Tanks rust, they have to be replaced so they will sell more anyhow. Upgrades will always be necessary be a country at war or peace.
Haliburton will not make money during war, they make money when the country is at peace or, when there is no fighting.

Firstly, I don't like war and would prefer a world of peace.
Secondly, Mankind has had war and fighting since the beginning of time and even though some of us are evolving spiritually there are many who are behind the eight ball and are unable to. As long as we still have these kinds of people on the planet war will be inevitable.
Do I believe there are HEROES in war yes there are. The french resistance in world war 2, are one example. A soldier running with a child in his arms, a piece of film footage I remember seeing on vietnam, is another. There are may victims out there who would testify to the courage a stranger displayed in order to save a victim. We have some very evil people in the world out there but luckily we have some very compassionate people who risk their lives for the safety and wellbeing of others and they are most definately HEROES no doubt about it.
But I still do not agree with war.

Strange, he started the war in 1990 and there was never a peace treaty. as for being disarmed, have you a staement from the UNSC saying he had been disarmed?
You don't, I know this as the weapons inspectors (not observers as you mistakenly say) were never allowed by Saddam to verify he had disarmed. As for knowing where everything was, once again you being silly but, what can we expect from a guy who doesn't know how to use a shift key?
