I replied and told her i would like to chat with her too but i just went back to my mail box and don't see that message, neither the one sent nor the one received and i searched for her in the search area and got no result but i still got the email address she sent in the message.

Usually if a person permanently deletes their profile, messages they have sent and received will also be deleted. If a person just hides their profile sent and received messages will remain in your in/outbox.
Perhaps contact CS Admin if you are unsure what is happening.

the admin has deleted her profile, everything will disappear.
if someone cancels the profile from their side, we still can track their emails, blogs, poems, etc.

His profile is simply hidden, hence you can still see his messages.

I had been writing with someone via private mails for almost a month. Suddenly I found his profile alongside with all his messages on CS gone.
According to the FAQ of CS, it could be that it's a scammer and all was deleted by the CS admin.
Though I wasn't sure at all, as no one has asked me or money or offered me anything, it was wee bit skeptical by the style of writing.
Still I wanted to make sure. I wrote TWICE to the CS admin, asking to clarify if they deleted this member's profile. What I got was no feedback at all!
So I was left wondering.
