Well this will scare the guys off running for sure.. Mention the word "marriage" and "babies" and you will have a more difficult time finding a date..

Try taking things slow and getting to know a man first before talking about this..It might help..

I agree..If a man doesnt call me and only sends a text message or emails, it tells me either he is in a relationship, or is dating several women or he isnt very interested in me.
I also dont trust what any man online says to me, its his "actions" that speak more and if his actions are consistant over time, then I might start taking him more seriously..Dont second guess yourself London..Usually our instincts about a man are always right.

ya the typical playa guy online will.. I dont ask guys out but the guys who've contacted me with so called "interest", call me and if I mention the word "date" they dont seem to be as interested.

most are just looking for hookups or coffee meetings..

well it seems like most of the men who contact me asking to meet me in person are.
im guessing most of those guys are just using the inernet as a replacement for the pick up bar.

not one guy so far who has contacted me has told the truth on his profile. if they say they are a gentleman, the real truth is they are not.

if they say they are looking for a relationship, the real truth is they are not.. the last guy who i gave a chance to, kept saying he thinks we should meet at his house and cook dinner together, lol oh and he kept saying how he gives a good back massage..

like im stupid enough to fall for that? havent even met the guy in person but he suggests we meet at his home? uh, no thanks..

As I said, it could be for many reasons..it would be best to ask those ladies why they choose this?
maybe some of them had a bad experience with a man who had kids?
or they have a fear the man will treat her kids less than he treats his own? or again it could be shes worried he has more kids at home than she does? maybe she only has one child and fears the guy has several? just ask them..

It could also be maybe you have more kids at home than she does? Or she talks to you enough and sees your only talking about your kids and not showing any interest about hers?

Some women might assume you will favor your kids over hers..It could be many reasons for what they are doing..you could always ask them their reasons..Might be easier than guessing why or making a thread about it.

I raised my son and I wouldnt have a problem dating a man who has kids as long as he didnt expect to some day marry me and think I owe it to him to pay for half of those kids food and do half of the chores..The only way I would agree to marrying a man with kids is if he let me be a stay at home wife.
I dont think its fair to expect someone to want to marry someone and take on half of "their" responsibilities as well as work a full time job outside of the home.

I agree.. Nothing wrong with one beer or a glass of wine..Its when they keep drinking and think getting drunk and falling down is cool that bothers me.

I dont think I would like to hear a lecture on why I shouldnt have at least one drink once in a while either..A healthy inbetween is ok though and prefer a man to be a light drinker..Isnt uptight nor is a drunk..

I would never post a 15 year old photo of me online..My looks dont radically change over a year or two though..All of my photos are current.. I do however get sick of men asking me to keep taking photos every week or month though.. I have enough with work and maintaining a home and better things to do than to snap new photos every freeking week. lol

Everyone is a individual and some folks never grow up. Maturity doesnt always happen with age. lol

One guy I met online asked to meet me at a restaurant.
We discussed on the phone several times about the fact he is 6 feet 2 inches in heigh and the fact I'm only 5 feet 1..He said he is fine with the height difference.
So, I met him in the restaurant we talked for about 5 minutes then he jumpped up out of his chair stood next to the table in front of a very crowded restaurant and said loudly that he wanted to do a "height" comparison.. He said this about 3 times loudly in front of everyone.

Then after I laughed and told him to wait untill we go outside, he sat down, ordered dinner then when dinner arrived he yelled at the waiter and said "this is a steak"??

I realized I should have just walked out on him in the restaurant after his weird behaviour but instead to be nice I asked to speak to the manager and got this mans dinner written off as a bad meal..

I would say he was the most embarrassing man I ever met in person.

ya i agree, i nearly broke down and cried when i watched the story on tv..

that little girl was beautiful..the evidence of the tiny bones they found of her made me very sad and turned my stomach.

poor child didnt deserve what happened to her.

Hi Monticeto... yes i agree as a mother i also would be going nuts if my son was missing for a day..

i realize also as a mother, we want to believe children of other folks wouldnt committ horrendous crimes..so im not bashing you for thinking she didnt do it.

even her parents on the talk shows said they have to stand by their daughter because "they love her"

in casys case though, she showed no love, no remorse at all for her tiny 2 year olds death..

alot of folks wont feel sorry for a mother like that..sorry but i dont feel sorry for casy...i feel sorry for the litte 2 year old who is dead and didnt get to live her full life.

Hi, they didnt have enough physical evidence to convict, BUT they had lots of circumstantial evidence..In a court of law they have to have evidence beyond a "reasonable" doubt to convict..Doesnt mean casy was not guilty, just means she wasnt proved to be guilty.

O.j simpson wasnt convicted either, neither was joran vandersloot over nathalie holloways death BUT usually people like that do it again and in his case he DID and got caught the 2nd time..

I dont hate casy but I am disgusted by her behaviour towards her little 2 year old...Most moms wouldnt show lack of remorse over their 2 year old child being missing for one day, let alone a month.. I personally think either she did it or a boyfriend of hers did it...

Casy was a horrible mother..The photos of her partying and the fact that she lied along with borrowing a "shovel" from a neighbor 2 days after her parents noticed the grandaughter was missing, lack of real remorse over her daughters death and didnt even care the child was missing for over a month? What kind of mother would act like that?

There was a lot of "circomstantial" evidence..The mom lying, not caring her little 2 year old girl was missing, didnt seem to show much remorse for the childs death, asking the neighbors for a shovel 2 days after the girls disappearance and her car stinking like a decomposed body was in it..AND her going on the internet to find chemicals to erase decomposing evidence..
The casy anythony case is alot like the O.J. Simpson case AND the natalie case where joran vandersloot was behind her disappearance...There just wasnt enough proof in the court ruling that was more than "circumstantial" evidence..
