Whats the proper etiquette for not awnsering mails (125)

I do get mails but i always seem to be the one who gets the 20yr old mammies boys emailing me which lets be honest isnt what a 32yr old woman is looking for 
Anyone worth talking to I have to start the convo myself but im a proactive woman with steely determination and a bottle of cosmopolitan to guide me through
