it has alot of vitamin c i think...or d...i cant remember...but it is great, tastes so good, vegemite on toast is like the classic aussie breaky apart from weet bix...''aussie kids are weetbix kids'' hehe...

Vegemite is considered to be a milder version of Marmite (although I am sure the Aussies will disagree!).

Has vit b, thiamine and some other stuff that supposed to be good for you, who knows But Aussie kids are raised on it and you'd rarely find a pantry without a jar on the shelf
