The seller is in Israel. The album is called "Changes" by Jim & Jean. If you're looking for impossible to find 45's albums or CD's etc. this site is your best place to locate it. It's like a clearing house for music from around the world.
I just typed Elvis in the search bar and got crosseyed looking at the listings. Type the most obscure artist or title you can think of in the searchbar and BAMM, there it is, possibly pages of listings. I have been looking for an old Gene Krupa album for the early 50's and I found it on this site but the price is a little too dear for me.

This site is very helpful, some items are really cheap, but others expensive, but ut musr be the going rate for them.

I know. You have to set a max price in your mind and adhere to it. The good thing is new collections are coming every day so it's a good idea to check back periodically. I never used it but they have a want list which might be the simplest thing. BTW, GEMM doesn't sell anything they just create the market place kinda like Amazon.
