SOH Talking like this doesn't help you. I'm thirty years older than you and done the same thing to myself since I was 13yrs of age. People get sick of hearing the negative attitude, And as the years trickle by, Constant thinking like that, makes it harder and harder to face the next day.
I know its hard but you have to change now. You have to believe in yourself. Find what you like about yourself and empower it. Find what your good at, and promote it. Find what you don't like about yourself and accept it and let it be.
Don't turn into me. Four years of counscilling hasn't changed me much but its easier for me to get out of bed and face a new day. And counscilling is expensive and not covered by funding unless you get marked as a threat to society and institutionalised.
Imagine yourself at 40 with your current outlook. Do you like what you see. Change dear. Change for you. I don't wish to see a young attractive person following in my footsteps.
