Look at it this way. People who vote poorly for you are jealous. They are trying to bring your rating down to make them look better. But anybody who chooses dates by photo rating is a very dubious date, don't you think.
Mines enabled but i don't give a flying fig about it thats why i haven't even bothered to turn it off. But it sure would be an ego boost if i looked and found it above 8.
Also though, like Celibate said. Its a time waster. Just something to do whilst your awaiting a response or surfing with no actual goal in mind.

You know if you don't like your current rating you can play with it and get it reset. I think all you have to do is deactivate rating then reactivate again.

As you browse the people who rated you. If you see a female who rated you a ten (Or just favourably). And she grabs your attention also. Then reach out and say hi.
In this circumstance: She could be old fashioned, and just giving you the subtle hint that she like you; and for you to reach out and contact her.
