well i do think a lot of the brits have fantastic intelligence..they speak more proper english than here in the states too.. just my opinion on this so please be nice. lol------ This thread is Archived ------

In the recent world standardization literacy testing that ranked countries according to thier education systems...England did not rank at the top. It was sort of in the middle. The top 3 countries for the higest level of education were Sweden, Japan, Canada.in that order....I hope this answers your question.
