Such is life but when you find someone who is interested and then you meet and this interest continue's it was worth waiting for as you do not alway fancy them when you meet. Fate Salanky is just saying they where not for you, but plenty will be.

I agree... it is more about the person as a person than just one aspect of image. Age certainly changes the mind set in a positive and allows you to know better the one for you when you meet them.

Personnally I am finding the dating game fun
I can't see any good reason why the dating game should be so hard. I mean what is the worst that can happen... you'll come back the way you went (i.e single) so a Bob Dylan said "when you ain't you got nothing to loose"

Could be fate's way of telling you that you are not right for each other. Like you could meet someone who is good looking and charismatic and all the rest of it but could also turn out to have annoying habits you can't stand.
No point in dating drop dead gorgeous if you don't get along with them.
