if you go to the video and click share underneath it it gives you a code. copy and paste in here and then put [youtube ] before it without the space between the e and ] and then put [/youtube ] after it again without the space between the e and the ] make sure you put in the / in the second part or it wont work

...I have tried doing the same for the picture threads but pic's wont paste....gave up drove me crazy.

for pictures you need to right click it and then click copy image location in the menu, you then paste it and put the same brackets around it but instead of youtube you put img, just remember the / in second set of brackets
