after this you then type
theres no spaces between the first bracket you type and the last so this one would look like this
[/youtube ] (without the last space)
when you type it click preview post and it the video should then come up, if it doesnt then you have either got the code wrong, have spaces or have left out the / in the second youtube part

takes a little practise I meant youtube in brackets at beginning also....keep trying and click preview button to see if you have it right before you post
